PMR affiliate providers are licensed, hold a minimum of a Master’s degree and have at least three years post-master’s experience.

Leslie Lunney has been The Director of Performance Management since 2024. Leslie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and holds a master’s degree in professional counseling. She joined Performance Management Resources (PMR) and The Counseling Center team in 2021. She has received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and holds 5 certifications in adduction and one certification in clinical supervision.  She has specialty training with Veterans, Law Enforcement and first responders. She provides compassionate therapeutic interventions to patients and their families. Leslie is committed to delivering quality and compassionate care to those in need while continuing to identify strategies for enhancing and promoting successful outcomes and community partnerships.

Alexis Proctor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) bringing a decade of dedicated experience to the mental health field. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the illustrious Savannah State University. She obtained her clinical license in 2025. Alexis joined Performance Management Services (PMR)  and The Counseling Center as a licensed mental health counselor, driven by her deep compassion for serving those in need and her commitment to providing exceptional care to her community. She specializes in teens and families.  Alexis’ core belief is rooted in the conviction that every individual possesses inherent resilience and the profound capacity for positive change.

Administration – Melissa Dixon

Melissa Dixon is our Administrator for PMR at The Counseling Center. She joined our team in 2025. She is a former Chemical Operations Specialist and Hazmat Tech for the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves from 2002 to 2013. During her military career, she has partnered with local hazmat response teams, law enforcement, fire and rescue department, as well as Homeland Security. She is a graduate of Alfred Ely Beach High School in Savannah, GA; is also a graduate from Savannah Technical College in Medical Transcription and Accounting. Her compassionate nature and drive to assist others will bring a nurturing atmosphere to our clients.
